- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The company continues to be loss making in the subsequent financial period and is reliant on the financial support of its parent company, Current Health Inc, who have provided written confirmation that they have the finance available to continue to support the company to ensure there is sufficient funds available to finance the company's working capital requirements for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On that basis, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis as the directors consider that the company will continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “Subsequent to the year end, and in June 2025, Current Health was separated from Best Buy and reacquired by its original founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chris McGhee (nee McCann), returning the business to independent ownership. This transition marked a significant strategic inflection point for the company and enabled management to reset its operating model, governance structure, and long-term strategic priorities.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
