“The directors use of the going concern basis relies upon the continued support of a third-party, being the previous majority owners of the Company. This ongoing support has been evidenced via a Letter of Support from the aforementioned third-party company covering a period of 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. This letter states that they "have the requisite financial resources and intends to fully fund the operations of Concirrus Holdings Limited and its related subsidiaries as needed to allow them to meet their financial obligations as and when they fall due". As stated, this company has the relevant capacity to provide this funding and has demonstrated their willingness to fulfil their intention by providing liquidity to subsidiaries of the Company in FY25 (subsequent to the period covered in these financial statements) and after their ownership of the Company ceased.”
