“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future for the following reasons. SESAC Holdco I, LLC, the indirect parent company of the securitised entities, has also confirmed its intention, if required, to provide financial support to enable the group to settle its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
