“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In considering the going concern assumption, the directors note that the Company's balance sheet at year end shows net current liabilities of $41,240,208 (2023: $43,350,984). The directors have received confirmation that Musarubra US LLC, a fellow group undertaking incorporated in the US will support the Company for a period of at least one year from the date of signing the financial statements and the directors are satisfied the ultimate parent company has the ability to do so.”

On February 17, 2025, the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Tara Flanagan, was replaced by Joe Gonyea, and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Yuneeb Khan, was replaced by James Denena, the CFO of Skyhigh Security. These changes were instigated by the Board as part of a strategic redirection for the company.”
