Going concern
Affirmed

“Given recent market conditions and exposure to Market Risk, the Directors acknowledge uncertainty exists as to achieving future revenue and net cashflow targets. However, renegotiation of commercial terms for the principal mortgage origination deal has significantly increased revenues. The firm's costs are tightly controlled, with no need for external investment during the period and no current plans for further fundraising. The latest forecast indicates a cash runway exceeding 12 months. Therefore, the Directors believe Going Concern is the appropriate basis for preparing the financial statements.”

Group structure

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-02-28 vs 2024-02-29

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
