“At 31 December 2024, the Company has net current assets amounting to £18,960,267. In determining the going concern of the Company the directors have reviewed the Company's current and forecast profitability and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Management has determined that the Company has funds necessary to maintain operations, based on its financial condition, obligations, and other expected cash flows in the next year. There are no material uncertainties regarding Collibra's ability to operate as a going concern up to 31 August 2026 (the going concern period). Management's assessment was based on relevant conditions that are known and reasonably determinable as of the date of approval of these financial statements.”
