“The Trustees have reviewed the Trust's financial position, taking account of the satisfactory levels of reserves and cash. The Trustees believe that the Charity is well placed to manage operational and financial risks successfully. At 31 March 2025 there were consolidated net current assets of £869,630. With the careful monitoring and management of cash flow, the projected cash flow information for the period ending 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements indicate that both the Trust and the Company will be able to cover liabilities as they fall due for payment. Accordingly, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Charity and the Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
