“The financial statements have been presented on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. The entity has experienced a loss in the current year and is expected to incur additional losses in the future. The Directors received confirmation that the ultimate holding company, NVIDIA Corporation intends to support the Company for at least the next 12 months from the date of issuance of this financial statements. Based on the support from the ultimate holding company, the Directors continue to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.”
