- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have carried out a going concern assessment using forecasts across a period to the end of 2026. These forecasts include both a base case and a severe but plausible downside scenario. Across the forecast period, the Company is forecast in both scenarios to be profitable and cash generative in aggregate. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, a period of not less than 12 months following the date of approval of the financial statements and that the Company is well placed to manage business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook. The Company has a strong balance sheet and is not reliant on long term bank borrowings. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Rental income from the provision of smart work zone technology increased year on year as a result of successful new product launches and continued development of the existing product range. The latest innovation has been the EMCC technique and capability which has been accepted for use by relevant authorities.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
