“The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as it is or its ability to continue with the current financing arrangements. The group continues to provide cash support to the Company as required and signed off loan totalling £1,200k in 2025. No further funding requests are expected for this business now that it is delivering sustainable performance through its sustainable cost base and improved turn over based on concrete contracts and good customer service. The business has performed better than budget in 2025 and is expecting the trend to continue. In view of the above the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
