“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As noted in the Strategic Report, the Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Etherstack plc. Etherstack plc has undertaken to provide financial support if required in order for the Company to manage its working capital requirements and fund investments required to deliver its current business plan. This financial support will not be withdrawn within 12 months of the date of the Directors report.”
