“In determining that the Company's financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis, the Directors considered all the factors likely to affect the future development, performance and financial position including funding and the risks and uncertainties applicable to its business and manufacturing activities and assessed the company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance. The Company continues to see government contracts being updated and renewed in line with national defence programmes. The directors considered the Ukraine /Russia conflict and concluded they had a minimal adverse impact on the Company. The company has received confirmation from API Holdings II LLC, the company's intermediate parent company, that financial support will be provided for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements such as to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due. Having regard to the company's financial position, its forecast and after making enquiries about the parent company's financial position, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the report and financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
