“In assessing the going concern of the company for the period ending 30 March 2025 the directors have considered the company's cashflows, liquidity and business activities to 31 March 2027. As detailed in the financial statements the company had a cash balance of £22.8m at 30 March 2025 and based on the company's forecasts and budget the company can continue to operate without requiring external funding through to this date.”
