“The directors have reviewed their forecasts for the next twelve months from approval of the accounts, particularly in relation to turnover, profits and cash flow. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonable possible changes in trading performance, show that the Company will be able to operate within the level of its current facility of £15m for at least the next twelve months from the date of the financial statements being signed. Management considered financing available to the Company, in the form of a loan from Zhuzhou, which was renewed in August 2024 until August 2025 and is renewed on a rolling basis. In considering the ability of CRRC Times Electric to provide any necessary support to the Company, the directors have reviewed Group performance and assessed their financial strength and obtained an understanding of the Group's strategic and contingent plans. A letter of support, which details the continuing commitment of the Group to ensure sufficient funding for the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due, was received from CRRC Times Electric and hence the directors concluded that the funds necessary to finance the Company for the next twelve months would remain available.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
