“The Directors have prepared forecasts the period to 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and obtained confirmation of support from the ultimate parent company. As a result, at the time of approval of the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue existence for at least twelve months. Thus, the directors continue to adopt going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements.”
