“The directors prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis after assessing the principal risks that the company is exposed to. The management are confident that the company is robust enough to withstand these challenges and indeed to take advantage of the demand opportunities present as the macroeconomic situation starts to recover. The management of course continually monitor market conditions to assess potential opportunities and threats. The company's forecast and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in sales, distribution and operational performance, show that the company should be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. Based on these forecasts, and after making appropriate additional enquiries, the directors are confident that the company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, at least 12 months from the date of signing. In addition, the company has received a letter of support from GP Industries Ltd committing to provide financial support for at least 12 months from the date of signing of the accounts. The Directors have carried out an assessment of the forecast for the parent group and are satisfied that it has the intention and ability to provide this support throughout this period. Accordingly, the company continue to adopt the going concem basis in preparing the financial statements.”
