“For Going Concern, Capital Economics Group "the Group" of which the company is wholly owned by, is considered as a whole. The Group has a stable, substantial client base and has net cash resources. The Group is funded by its bank debt, loan notes and preference shares, which are not due for repayment within the going concern period, which is 12 months from date of signing. The directors therefore do not expect the need for additional external funding.”
