“The Board has considered the above and concluded that since the company may not be able to raise additional funds if the forecast are not met, the above represents a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore its ability to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would be necessary should the going concern basis of preparation no longer be appropriate. However, after considering the uncertainties the Board has a reasonable expectation that the company will be successful in continuing to operate without the need for additional borrowing beyond the £520,000. Accordingly, the Board considers it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The company was unable to generate sufficient funds to pay the £2,069,861 financial settlement due under its deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) by the 22 October 2024 deadline. As a result the SFO filed a court application on 20 November 2024 to have the DPA terminated which would allow them to initiate a prosecution of the company. The Board have taken legal advice and consider that the filing was after the end date of the DPA and therefore the DPA had concluded, so the SFO can take no further action.”
- “On 27 April 2023, it was decided that the USA subsidiary should be dissolved. The investment in Guralp Systems Incorporated was not material. Guralp Systems Incorporated was dissolved on 29 August 2023.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
