• “In 2024 the Company increased turnover and costs as the result of starting production on several major customer contracts. The profit for both 2023 and 2024 has been reduced by a regulatory penalty imposed by HMRC relating to non-compliance with export licensing regulation.”
• “Subsequent to a voluntary disclosure made to HMRC in April 2024, HMRC issued a penalty charge notice in March 2025 relating to non-compliance with export licensing regulations between 2022 and 2024. This penalty has been recognised in the financial statements as a provision and has been allocated across the relevant financial years.”
