“Having assessed the company's plans, liquidity levels and mitigating actions available there is reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the next 12 months from the date of the financial statements being approved. For these reasons the directors continue to adopt a going concern basis for the preparation of the financial statements. At the date of this report, the directors are confident that the company can continue to demonstrate its resilience and navigate the current economic climate successfully. At the balance sheet date, the company had cash and cash equivalents of $241,220,000 and net assets excluding pension surplus of $696,533,000. Cash flow forecasts, including reasonable downside scenarios, have been prepared out to 31 March 2027, which demonstrate that the group continues to have cash available to support its on-going operations. As a result the directors continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as they are satisfied that the company has the ability to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of this report.”

Significant events
- “Performance in this sector is largely cyclical and is dependent on the company's customers' business. The requirements for passive components fluctuate significantly as a result of changes in general economic conditions and other factors which includes the production of new products. The company's performance is also dependent on the availability of raw materials used to manufacture products such as tantalum, platinum, silver, copper and palladium. The company has mitigated against short term fluctuations in the supply and price of key raw materials by building stocks and sourcing materials from new producers. Given the highly technological and competitive market in which the company operates, the company's products must remain innovative and competitively priced so it focuses continually on cost reductions and development of new products.”
- “There is a contingent liability to repay government grants under the terms of the respective letters of offer if the company fails to achieve and maintain specified conditions. In the opinion of the directors the terms of the letter of offer have been complied with and thus there are no indications that the company will suffer any loss in relation to these potential liabilities.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
