“Transdigm Group Inc, the Company's ultimate parent company, has issued a letter of continued support to the company confirming its support to the company in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approving the 2023 financial statements. Having considered the parental support, the financial position of the ultimate parent company and the company's plans, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future, thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
