“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis as the Group's parent undertaking, International Data Group, Inc., has agreed to provide financial support as necessary for a period of at least twelve months from the date the directors approve the financial statements of the Group. The directors, having made sufficient enquiries and taking into account the sale of IMS and the discontinuation of Metri, are satisfied that IDC Group is in position to provide the level of support required, hence have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
