“The LLP is financed by members' capital and undrawn profits. The members regularly prepare budgets and business forecasts and monitor the projected cash flow position against available cash balances. Forecasts are prepared for a period of at least 12 months following approval of the financial statements that take account of reasonable possible changes in trading performance, and these show that the LLP should be able to operate within its current funding arrangements. Accordingly, the members have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
