“The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and under the going concern principle on the basis that the Members are satisfied that the Partnership will receive sufficient income to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. This assessment has taken into account the legal form and structure of the Partnership, including the relationship with the underlying Limited Partnership. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
