The LLP has made no profit or loss in the financial year and is not forecast to make any profit or loss for the foreseeable future. Based on Member's assessment, LLP has and will maintain sufficient resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As explained in note 1, material uncertainly exists as the Fund's solo investor, the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences ("KFAS") has indicated that it does not intend to deploy further capital with the possibility of selling the asset when the investment market becomes more buoyant/liquid. As at the date of approval of the financial statements, the LLP has not received any notice of termination from KFAS.
