“The LLP has received confirmation through a letter of support from the Partnership that the Members intend to support the LLP to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due and it will not seek repayment of part or all of any intercompany debt, where to do so would place this LLP in an insolvent position. Also, the LLP has received the confirmation that the Members will advance further amounts to the LLP as required by the LLP. Therefore, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP will have access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for this reason they have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
