“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership, given the arrangement in place between the Partnership and its members has adequate resources to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future having assessed the Partnership's business risks, financial position and resource. As per the legal partnership agreement, the expenses are borne by the limited partnerships. In addition, the Members of Vitruvian Partners LLP have agreed to provide support to Vitruvian Scotcar General Partner LLP to assist in meeting its present future or contingent obligations to be met for the foreseeable future.”
