“As the Firm is treated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the DAC Beachcroft Group it benefits from access to Group financing facilities and parental support if required. As a result, the assessment of going concern has been undertaken at the Group level. After making appropriate enquiries including the consideration of the Letter of Support from the parent entity dated 22nd October2025, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Firm has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
