“As at 31 December 2024, The Company had net current liabilities of €0.40 (2023: €0.40). The net current liabilities position of the Company is resulted from the unpaid capital contributions due to Infracapital Partners IV Subholdings GP LLP. The Company has the power to determine the repayment terms of this unpaid capital and therefore has been considered as part of the going concern assessment. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In support of this expectation, the Directors are unaware of any significant factors likely to adversely affect the Company in the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Taking into account any funding resources, cash balance, forecast operating expenses and known liabilities the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
