Affirmed

“As at 31 December 2024, the Company had net current liabilities of €2 (2023: €3). The net current liabilities position of the Company is resulted from the unpaid capital contributions due to Infracapital Partners IV Subholdings SLP LP and London Fenchurch SLP LP. The Company has the power to determine the repayment terms of this unpaid capital and therefore has been considered as part of the going concern assessment. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In support of this expectation, the Directors are unaware of any significant factors likely to adversely affect the Company in the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly they continue to adopt a going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
