“The Company has net liabilities of £26,348,351 at 31 December 2024 (2023 - £31,075,559) and generated a profit of £4,727,208 for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2023 - loss of £8,404,038). The director has prepared a cash flow forecast and is satisfied liquidity needs can be met for a period of at least the next twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements, based on the assumption that the supply chain and maintenance service level will be efficiently maintained and customer payments will not deteriorate.”
