Going concern
Affirmed

“Management and Directors have performed their annual going concern assessment... and have concluded that the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements remains appropriate. In addition, the Directors considered the recent extension of bondholder debt ... and have obtained a letter of support from the principal shareholder, Glenrinnes Farms Limited, who has confirmed that it will provide any required additional funding to support Well-Safe Solutions Limited until at least 31 March 2027. As a result, the Directors are satisfied that the Company and Group can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
