“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes adequate resources will be available for at least the 12-month period following approval of the financial statements. As at 31 December 2024, the Company had incurred a loss in the year of £2,770 (2023: profit of £20k) and had net liabilities of £1,791k (2023: net liabilities of £441k). In making their assessment of going concern the directors have considered the operation of the wind farm, and current and future projections of financial performance over the life of the wind farm. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Construction of the wind farm was completed in 2024 with the projected performance of the wind farm operationally profitable over its useful life with cash generated over the 12 month going concern period.”

Significant events

• “Following completion of construction of the wind farm in July 2024 the Company and its parent Company, Broken Cross Wind Farm Holding Ltd, were purchased by ERG UK Holding Ltd on the 16th of January 2025 and the related party loan repaid in full. On the 31st of March 2025 the term facility with National Westminster Bank was repaid in full and replaced with a loan repayable on demand from Broken Cross Wind Farm Holding Ltd, which is in turn loaned from its parent company ERG UK Holding Ltd.”
