Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to Note 12 in the financial statements... indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Note 12 states: These accounts include a liability to pay non-domestic rates of £102,297 for the year ended 31 March 2025. This liability exists because of a policy introduced by Glasgow City Council from April 2024 that these rates would be payable by charities who owned property which was not being used for charitable activities. The Trustees are in communication with the Council to either change their policy or to waive these rates. The Trustees believe that they will not be required to pay these rates or any rates falling due for future periods whilst refurbishment continues. These accounts have been produced on the going concern basis that these rates will not be paid.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
