Going concern
Affirmed

“Management and Directors have performed their annual going concern assessment based on 2 plausible scenarios, a base case and low case cash flow forecast, for the going concern assessment period to 31 March 2027 and have concluded that the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements remains appropriate. In addition, the Directors considered the recent extension of bondholder debt and obtained a letter of support from the principal shareholder, Glenrinnes Farms Limited, who has confirmed that it will provide any required additional funding to support Well-Safe Solutions Limited until at least 31 March 2027.”
