“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Due to the level of reserves and cash reserves held, along with secured future sources of funding, the directors are of the opinion that the charitable company can continue to meet its obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. As a consequence, the directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
