“The directors confirm that the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In December 2024, the Company raised USD 15,000,000 through an issue of new ordinary shares. As set out on page 13, the company continues to be reliant on financial support from the BW Energy Limited group for its future funding for the Kudu development. BW Energy Ltd has confirmed to the company's directors in writing that it will continue to make available funds as required by the Company to meet its financial liabilities for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
