“At the 30 April 2025, the Company made a profit for the financial year of £7,854k (2024 - £4,029k) and has a net asset position of £24,242k (2024 - £16,389k). The Company is operationally cash generative and at the year end the Company had cash available of £10,799k (2024 - £7,757k). The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that there are no material uncertainties that cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue in operation and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
