“The Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is a general partner in a limited partnership agreement and is due a fixed general partner share of £5,000 for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: £5,000). Under the provisions of the amended and restated Limited Partnership Agreement, the Partnership shall continue until dissolved with the agreement of the Limited Partner. As at 31 December 2024 the Company had a cash balance of £26,866 (2023: £22,129). The directors forecast that the Company will have sufficient cash resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due until at least 31 July 2026.”
