• “2024 was a milestone year, marking our first commercial sales, however we also encountered challenges in commissioning and in consistently achieving high-scale production, which limited our ability to fully meet market demand.”
• “At the end of 2024, the Board agreed with Jim Laird, the Chief Executive Officer to initiate an orderly transition for a new Chief Executive Officer and Jan Agter was appointed ad interim in June 2025.
