“The Company has made a loss of ¥9,839,919 (2024: profit ¥82,208) because no dividend income was received during the current year. However, the Company is in a net asset position at the financial year-end and the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operational existence for the next 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. A cash flow forecast has been prepared to 31 December 2026 which supports the going concern assumption of the Company.”
