Affirmed

“Although B & B Capital Partners (SLP GP) Limited (the "Company") has net liabilities, the payables are primarily with B & B Capital Partners (SLP) L.P., a Partnership which the Company controls as its General Partner. The liability will be settled by allocation of income from B & B Capital Partners (SLP) L.P. over time. The Company is in a net liability position, but has received a letter of support from the Company's ultimate parent company Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc ("WBA"), in which WBA confirms it will provide the necessary operational and financial support to enable the Company to continue as a going concern for the assessment period relevant to the 31 August 2024 statutory financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-08-31 vs 2023-08-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
