“Regular rolling financial cashflow forecasts for more than 12 months are prepared for consideration by the Board. The Board is satisfied that there is sufficient headroom within working capital facilities to respond to the various realistic downside sensitivities in its forecasts that could reasonably expected to be modelled at the date of the approval of the financial statements. After consideration of these sensitivities and forecasts and taking account of current trading conditions and working capital headroom, the directors have an expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
