“The Directors have considered the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Following the cessation of trading, the Company is expected to remain dormant while options for the legal entity are evaluated.”

All employees transferred to to EML under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employent) regulations on 31 December 2024.”
