“The Directors, making due and careful enquiry, have considered the business risks highlighted in the strategic report for forecasting the position going forward. The directors expect the group to remain profitable and are of the opinion that the group will continue to improve its strong liquidity position. This will enable it to execute its operations and make any payments to the parent undertaking to settle their loan notes over the next 12 months from the balance sheet signing date. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
