“The parent company, Robertson Group (Holdings) Limited (RGHL) has made available a rolling group working capital facility to the company. At the Statement of Financial Position date, the business had drawn down £22.9m on this facility. RGHL, has confirmed in writing its support of the company through the working capital facility for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The overall loans outstanding to Robertson Group (Holdings) Limited (£3,399,998) remains outstanding but has no fixed repayment date. The business also utilises a rolling short-term working capital facility provided by Robertson Group (Holdings) Limited. On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “In the year to 30 June 2025, the business reported turnover of £33.5m against £36.7m in the prior year, principally driven by a decrease in private income from £17.8m to £15.8m.”
- “The average selling price per unit increased to £283,000 from £246,000 due to the mix of higher value properties at the developments.”
- “Gross loss in the year is (9.3%) (2024: 2.1%) with some production challenges and the mix of private and affordable completions both contributing to the margin reduction.”
- “The Laurieston project ... has incurred losses to date and as such there has been a loss of £4m reflected in this year's accounts.”
- “In FY26 the business will transition from a self delivery model to a development model.”
- “Mortgage availability – the level of choice for mortgage borrowers has declined significantly overall, while average borrowing rates remain high in comparison to recent years. As a result, there are affordability issues for buyers particularly given the cost-of-living pressures which already provides challenges in raising deposits to complete the purchase.”
- “Supply shortage - there continues to be a long-term supply shortage of new affordable homes being built in city locations. This should help maintain demand levels for the Urban Union product whilst protecting sales values.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
