“The directors have thus formed the view that, at the time of approving the financial statements, the Group and the Company will have adequate resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the directors consider the adoption of the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements to be appropriate. The James Gillespie's school is operational with monthly service payments, in line with the Project agreement now being received. These will continue over the life of the 25 year service concession until the expiry date of 15 July 2041.”
