- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Having taken all the above factors into consideration, including the ability of MOWI ASA to provide the financial support through its available free cash and committed undrawn facility, the Board of directors of the Company have a reasonable expectation that the company is able to meet its financial obligations for the going concern review period and has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they have concluded that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During 2024 we have invested £5.5m in capital expenditure at Rosyth to further expand our capability and efficiency, increasing automation which will mitigate against resource shortages and potential wage inflation.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
