- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“There are no material uncertainties about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our current contract with our principal funder, Scottish Borders Council, for the undertaking of audits on their behalf is scheduled to run until 31st March 2026, whilst the Scottish Govt funding for the SiRD Project is guaranteed until 31st March 2027. As previously noted within our Reserves policy, the Trustees have considered it prudent to maintain reserves at a level which would enable the company to continue to operate for a period of between 3 and 6 months should all sources of income suddenly cease. It is reassuring to note that unrestricted reserves as at 31st March 2025 were sufficient for the company to continue to operate for 16 months in the event that all sources of income had ceased.”
Significant events
- “Our Payroll service increased from 492 to 503 clients, our Employment Support service from 440 to 454 clients, and our Third Party Banking service from 472 to 502 clients.”
- “In addition we have continued with the SiRD 2025 (Support in the Right Direction) project which aims to increase the delivery of independent support for potential users of social care.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
