Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have considered the appropriateness of adopting the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements of this non-trading company. The Company has no current liabilities, and has earned a net profit after receipt of dividend income from its subsidiary which it then paid as an onward dividend to the Company's parent. The Company has intercompany borrowings from a UK entity and the directors are satisfied that for the foreseeable future, it will be able to settle interest payable under the terms of its intercompany lending contract by way of capitalisation of interest payable into the principal. The directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future, being at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting for preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-06-30 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
